I've used Vic Romero for a number of transactions, as both a buyer and as a seller.

Vic is professional, caring, experienced and simply the best I've ever met at what he does.

In fact, if I had followed all of the advice Vic gave to me I would be a richer man today. He actually suggested that I not buy a property and hold onto the one I had. He saw the upcoming fall of the real estate market, when everyone else said to push ahead. Keep in mind that he would make commission from the sale of my home and the purchase of the new home, but he made it clear that he would rather not make the money when he thought I was going to make a bad decision. Then when I insisted on buying the home, he said to sell the other home immediately. Again, if I had taken his advice I would have not left money on the table, like I ended up doing.

I will never make another move again in the real estate market without asking Vic Romero first. He is the best in the business!
